Head of IT, Manufacturing Sector

The Company is seeking a Head of IT with a strong background in technologies, particularly in the areas of ERP systems, application development, digital solutions, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT department, actively participating in IT strategy, budgeting, project implementation, and people management. This role requires the ability to serve as a key thought leader, translate business goals into IT roadmaps, and lead digital transformation projects. The Head of IT will also be involved in business analysis, re-engineering processes, and managing the full IT lifecycle, including cybersecurity and operations. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with at least 10-15 years of IT experience, and a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role, specifically within the manufacturing sector. A well-rounded background in digital solutions and operations is essential, with experience in Industry 4.0 projects being a plus. The role demands exceptional business analysis skills, proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and a current work permit in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology leadership, be adept at managing budgets, project timelines, and manpower, and possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
