Managing Director, APAC L’Ecole Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an L’Ecole APAC Managing Director to lead the strategic development and local implementation of the L’Ecole brand within the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the global strategic development of L’Ecole in the region, ensuring its local anchoring, and actively contributing to the brand's reputation, differentiation, and visibility. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the cultural, academic, scientific, or Marcom environment, a deep understanding of the APAC cultural landscape, and the ability to manage a matrix organization with agility and proactivity. The Managing Director will be a key member of the APAC Regional ExCo, with a focus on 360° regional strategy implementation, and will be expected to define and orchestrate all campus activities, including courses, conferences, exhibitions, and B2B programs, while ensuring local relevance and compliance. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute annual plans that align with regional and global priorities. They will also be responsible for financial and operational planning, team management, and establishing effective campus structures. As an ambassador for the brand, the Managing Director will be tasked with increasing public recognition, building partnerships with key regional stakeholders, and representing the brand in various external engagements.
