Vice President, Asset Management Compliance

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Compliance to take on a pivotal role as a product compliance specialist within its asset management business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product compliance advisory, with a specific focus on SFC-authorized funds, ETFs, and virtual asset-related fund structures. This includes reviewing fund documents and marketing materials to ensure regulatory alignment, managing and providing compliance advice on trading, investment, and regulatory issues, and conducting regular compliance monitoring reviews. The role also involves drafting and reviewing internal policies, staying updated on regulatory changes, and providing compliance training to relevant business units. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline, at least 5 years' of compliance experience in the fund management business, and hands-on experience with mutual fund establishment. Direct experience with ETFs and/or virtual asset funds is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, commercially minded, and capable of working independently, with strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required. The position is mid-management level and is based in Hong Kong.
