Vice President, Venture & Growth Investment & Deal Sourcing

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models, leading financial due diligence processes, preparing investment papers, and supporting deal structuring and execution. The role also involves monitoring portfolio companies and conducting market research to identify new investment opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with additional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA being a plus. A solid background in venture and growth investment and deal sourcing is essential, as is a proven track record in financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and valuation.
