Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to set strategic direction in partnership with its board and serve as its principal advocate. The CEO will represent the organization and the people it serves in health policy discussions, build consensus among diverse members, and strengthen the organization’s influence amid complex policy and operational challenges. The role also involves engaging with healthcare leaders, policymakers, and partners, while leading a team and fostering a collaborative, high-performing, member-focused culture. Candidates should bring senior executive leadership experience and the ability to build trusted relationships, unify diverse perspectives, and represent an organization with clarity and credibility. Strong advocacy, strategic planning, communication, and consensus-building skills are essential. The successful candidate will lead through service and authenticity, guide a dedicated team, and work effectively with a board and a broad range of stakeholders.
