Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety Greater Houston, TX Area

The Company is seeking an EH&S Vice President to lead the strategic development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting workplace safety, and minimizing environmental impact. This role requires a strong leader who can foster a safety-first culture, manage risk, and oversee incident investigations. The VP will also be the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, provide customer EH&S interface, and be accountable for EH&S performance in relation to business goals. A high degree of initiative, the ability to work in a matrix organizational structure, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Candidates for the EH&S Vice President position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with preferred certifications in safety and environmental management. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, is required. The role demands significant management experience, a deep understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations, and a proven track record of EH&S performance improvement.
