Vice President, Investment Banking, Oil & Gas

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investment Banking to lead day-to-day execution of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory engagements in the energy sector, from initial pitch through closing. The role partners closely with senior leadership on client coverage, pitches, and transaction strategy, while overseeing valuation, financial analysis, transaction materials, and deal workflows. The Vice President serves as a key client contact during live engagements, coordinates with senior bankers and other teams, and manages and develops junior bankers. The position also offers increasing responsibility for client relationships and business development. Candidates should have at least five years of investment banking experience, preferably in oil and gas or energy, and demonstrated experience executing M&A transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and junior deal teams. Excellent client-facing communication skills are essential. Experienced Associates ready to advance and junior Vice Presidents seeking broader responsibility may be considered.
