Vice President, Finance & Business Operations, Kinetic Effects Business Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Business Operations to shape financial and operational strategy for a large, growth-focused business area. The role partners with senior leadership on growth strategy, investment decisions, operating performance, and scaling capabilities. Responsibilities include leading finance teams, advising on business planning and proposals, directing forecasting, accounting, expense control, cash flow, and balance-sheet management, and improving capital efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain operations. The Vice President also oversees program performance and estimate-at-completion reviews, addresses complex program issues, leads audit relationships, and develops future leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and at least 15 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, or a master’s degree and at least 13 years of relevant experience. They need strong financial analysis and executive advisory skills, a record of revenue growth and margin improvement, experience with complex transactions and international operations, and the ability to build data-driven business cases and influence senior leaders. Experience leading large teams and developing leaders is required. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree, along with experience in business growth, AI-enabled operations, advanced analytics, or digital transformation, is preferred.
