Associate Vice President, Software Engineer Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications. Responsibilities include owning agile commitments and delivery execution, building CI/CD processes, and ensuring operational readiness. The role provides hands-on technical leadership through architecture and code reviews, while guiding engineers on standards and best practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with product, platform, and technical teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver and continuously improve secure, scalable solutions. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of system engineering experience, or a high school diploma or GED and at least seven years of relevant experience. At least three years of Java and Spring Boot experience is required, along with expertise in microservices, cloud-native applications, SDK development, and deployment on cloud platforms. Applicants should be familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases, encryption and tokenization, secure development, and production monitoring and observability. Financial services experience and knowledge of AI tools and concepts are desirable, as are strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
