Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and manage its commercial operations. The CCO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that encompasses revenue generation, brand growth, fan engagement, marketing, ticketing, corporate partnerships, and digital innovation. This senior executive will be accountable for aligning the commercial operation with the company's strategic vision, with a focus on maximizing value, growing stakeholder engagement, and delivering a best-in-class experience. The role requires a proven commercial operator with a track record of scaling businesses, leading large teams, and making data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a culture of trust, curiosity, and passion. Key responsibilities for the CCO include overseeing all commercial revenue functions, leading major commercial relationships, and ensuring the teams have clear goals and strong accountability systems.
