The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to direct nursing services and support the delivery of appropriate patient care. Responsibilities include recommending staffing ratios, maintaining systems to ensure adequate nursing coverage, and developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures. The role requires ensuring nursing practices comply with organizational policies and applicable accreditation standards. Candidates must hold an active RN license and have a master’s degree or be actively progressing toward one. A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required, with three years of nursing management experience preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required, while certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
