The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and nurturing high-net-worth individual relationships, achieving business targets, and providing a single point of contact for all Premier customers. This role requires the jobholder to ensure high-quality customer service, identify opportunities for wealth reviews, and deliver wealth solutions in compliance with local regulatory requirements. The role is pivotal in the company's flagship offering of Premier Banking, and the jobholder is expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, both towards the bank and clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5-8 years of relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients, and a proven track record of strong sales results in insurance and investment products. The role demands strong technical skills in wealth management, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach. The jobholder will be expected to build and maintain a portfolio of Premier clients, complete regular reviews, and ensure the portfolio is in line with the company's standards. Leadership capabilities, including the ability to set and achieve stretch goals, and a clear understanding of compliance, credit, risk, and internal control, are essential. The candidate should also possess the necessary local regulatory and license requirements, including IRDA and AMFI certifications.
