Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services to provide governance and oversight for real estate activities across a market. The role includes aligning local delivery with the broader real estate strategy, setting strategic and budget objectives, and overseeing workplace experience, facilities and property management, asset management, workplace transformation, health and safety, and sustainable operations. The successful candidate will also support the expansion of related utilities and guide the function through organizational change. Collaboration with market leadership and service providers will be central to delivering effective, safe, and resilient operations. Candidates should have a university qualification in a real estate-related subject, business, or finance, along with broad knowledge of corporate real estate activities and local property markets. A strong understanding of how large financial institutions operate, including their operating challenges, is required. The role also calls for expertise in property financial analysis and planning, sound judgment in handling projects independently, and the ability to make recommendations across a wide range of real estate matters. Strong collaboration and change-navigation skills are essential.
