Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services to provide governance and oversight for real estate activities across a market. The role includes aligning local delivery with the broader strategy and overseeing workplace experience, facilities and property management, workplace transformation, health and safety, and sustainable operations. The successful candidate will also support the expansion of related utilities and help guide strategic and operational change. The position requires collaboration with market leadership, internal teams, and service providers. Applicants should have a university qualification in a real estate-related subject, business, or finance, along with comprehensive knowledge of corporate real estate activities and local property markets. Experience understanding the operating environment and challenges of large financial institutions is important, as are skills in property financial analysis and planning. Candidates should be able to independently manage projects, assess options, and make recommendations across a broad range of real estate matters. Strong judgment and the ability to navigate organizational change are also required.
