The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Divisional Branch Coordinator to support and lead branch managers while promoting high-quality customer service and consistent application of policies and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring delinquency and non-performing assets, assisting with divisional budgeting, conducting branch supervision and audits, and assessing operational risks. The role also ensures compliance with applicable laws and internal requirements, oversees personnel activities such as recruitment, evaluation, and training, and supports acquisitions through due diligence and employee evaluation. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in consumer finance or a related industry, along with a bachelor’s degree or comparable education or training. Required qualifications include personnel management, budgeting and financial analysis experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
