Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership for a growing banking organization. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and accounting teams, analyzing and reporting financial performance, and recommending ways to grow revenue and improve efficiency. The CFO will guide capital planning and fundraising, oversee investment portfolios and regulatory reporting, and support acquisitions and new branch development. The role also involves communicating financial trends and recommendations to leadership, employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders. Candidates must hold a CPA and a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive banking experience and documented examples of successful projects are required. The ideal candidate brings expertise in financial analysis, risk, investments, debt and equity, capital planning, and regulatory reporting. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
