Head of Data, Analytics & AI

The Company is seeking a Head of Data, Analytics & AI to shape how enterprise data and AI capabilities are governed, developed, and used. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on work, leading a technical team and collaborating across IT and business functions. Responsibilities include defining the enterprise strategy and roadmap, overseeing AI use cases from ideation through production, and establishing safeguards for security, privacy, traceability, and human oversight. The successful candidate will also advance generative AI and related capabilities while ensuring alignment with enterprise application platforms. Candidates should have strong leadership experience in data, analytics, and AI, including governing AI and generative AI use cases from pilot to production. The role requires effective stakeholder management, a focus on realizing business value, an understanding of responsible AI, privacy, and security, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Strong English skills are required. Familiarity with data platforms and analytics tools, enterprise application environments, and data governance practices such as metadata, lineage, and data quality is an advantage.
