Managing Partner in Training Greater Killeen, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to help lead club operations and prepare to take full ownership of the business. Responsibilities include driving profitability through clear performance goals, improving member satisfaction and retention, and ensuring concerns are resolved promptly. The role also involves recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing staff; monitoring performance metrics; managing schedules and payroll; and maintaining facility cleanliness, inventory, and operational compliance. The successful candidate will foster an accountable, welcoming team culture and deliver a consistently high-quality member experience. Candidates should have at least two years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred, along with experience supervising a team and managing hiring, onboarding, labor, and inventory. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and business operations skills are important, as is familiarity with key performance metrics and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software. CPR/AED certification is required and may be obtained shortly after hire. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
