Head of Project Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Project Management to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex web, digital, and software projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the project management function, establishing and improving project management methodologies, and driving high standards in project planning, commercial performance, client relationships, and team development. Key responsibilities include developing reliable project plans, monitoring project performance, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and supporting the sales process with accurate project costing and pricing. Applicants for the Head of Project Management position at the company should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management leadership role, with a proven track record in delivering website and app development projects. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, digital platform technologies, and experience with project planning and tracking platforms such as Jira is essential. The role requires a candidate with a Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMI, or APM, and Scrum Master certification would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business or management, strong commercial awareness, and experience in leading and developing teams.
