Head of Supply Sustainability & Compliance

The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Sustainability and Compliance to take on a senior leadership role focused on strengthening governance across its supply chain. This position is pivotal in moving the organization towards a more proactive, resilient, and audit-ready supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading supply-chain governance, risk, ESG, and regulatory compliance, as well as monitoring and translating emerging legislation into practical policies and supplier-engagement programs. Key areas of oversight include modern slavery, certification compliance, supplier financial health, and decarbonization. The role also involves producing clear and credible reporting for senior and board-level audiences, and managing and developing a team member. The ideal candidate will have specialist experience in supply-chain governance, ESG, risk, or compliance, and a proven track record of turning complex requirements into effective business solutions. They should be adept at influencing senior stakeholders, developing others, and be prepared to operate with the autonomy required to establish a more proactive approach. A professional qualification such as MCIPS, or active progress towards CIPS qualifications, is desirable. The Head of Supply Sustainability and Compliance will be expected to build strong relationships across procurement, operations, and the supplier community, and to be instrumental in shaping the organization's governance strategy to deliver a significant, visible impact.
