Assistant Vice President, Investor Services

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Investor Services to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small number of client relationships, ensuring superior client service, and delivering accurate information in a timely manner. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with fund stakeholders, understanding fund structures, investment strategies, and compliance regulations, as well as processing various investor activities. The Assistant Vice President will also be involved in managing client-specific requests, working with external auditors, and closely with the Compliance Officer to ensure all AML procedures are followed. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Investor Services role within a Hedge Fund Administrator, with at least 2 years in a management position. A university degree in business, preferably with a specialization in accountancy or a related financial discipline, is required. The role demands excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to deliver a high level of service, and immediate response times to client and investor queries. Experience with Mantra by Deep Pool is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be proactive in defining projects to enhance the product offering and will be adept at managing processes to improve client service.
