Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with executive leadership and advance strategic projects. Responsibilities include preparing decision materials, analyzing data, researching key topics, and independently supporting projects while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves tracking deadlines and priorities, preparing meetings, maintaining clear communication between leadership and business functions, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows. Candidates should have at least seven years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally including consulting experience and a focus on sales and marketing. A degree in business administration or a related field is required. Applicants should understand business operations and sales and marketing processes, and be able to quickly structure complex topics into practical actions. A proactive, organized, solution-focused approach, along with discretion, reliability, accountability, flexibility, initiative, and strong prioritization skills, is essential.
