Head of Technology

The Company is seeking a Head of Technology to shape its technology platform and ensure technology, data, and AI deliver commercial value. The role will lead platform transitions, develop the technology team and system portfolio, and strengthen collaboration between technology and commercial functions. Responsibilities include setting priorities for systems and integrations, managing technology partners, improving data quality and analysis, and applying AI across development, operations, and digital commerce. The successful candidate will connect technology decisions to customer experience, efficiency, and profitable growth. Candidates should bring experience in e-commerce or other transaction-intensive digital businesses, along with leadership or significant decision-making responsibility in a technology function. Relevant expertise includes platform changes, system implementations, integrations, e-commerce platforms, system architecture, data, and product information management. Experience prioritizing development initiatives, managing suppliers, evaluating technology investments, and applying AI to business processes is also important. Higher education is an advantage but not required; strong communication, commercial judgment, execution, and fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English are expected.
