The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Business Wealth Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting new to bank customer current account openings, driving for deposits, and identifying business opportunities to meet allocated targets. This role involves monitoring and executing action plans to achieve overall deposit targets, as well as promoting cash management solutions. The AVP will also be involved in building client pipelines, participating in sales campaigns, and ensuring a high standard of customer service in line with the company's quality standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in driving business growth. Strong business acumen, proactive attitude, and the ability to work as a self-starter are essential. The role requires excellent customer relationship management, strong analytical skills in financial accounting, and proficiency in cash flow analysis. Effective communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are also key.
