Associate Vice President, Client Services

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Client Services with a focus on KYC analysis and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including training the team on KYC and the regulatory environment, ensuring adherence to AML regulations and policies, and monitoring and reporting performance. This role also involves liaising with business partners and senior colleagues to ensure the timely resolution of queries. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of KYC, the financial regulatory environment, and AML risk implications, as well as the ability to interpret complex regulatory changes and assess their impact. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include managing the deliverables through complex situations, supporting the implementation of process controls, and engaging with stakeholders on CDD processes. The candidate should be adept at handling crisis situations, making timely decisions, and maintaining a high level of customer service. A thorough understanding of legal structures of various client types and the ability to challenge policy and FCC on compliance matters are also essential. The role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage people and performance, and a good understanding of MS Office and banking platforms. Experience in a regulatory environment or KYC functions, as well as knowledge of global standards, is highly valued.
