Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to drive long-term growth, profitability, and competitive positioning within the healthcare sector. The role oversees accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and operating and capital expenditure planning. Responsibilities also include managing pricing, revenue, dashboards, and KPIs, and presenting financial insights, strategic initiatives, and performance to stakeholders and an advisory board. The Head of Finance will contribute to business operations, including billing, credit control, and end-to-end patient cost management. Candidates should hold a degree in accounting or finance, or a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW. The role requires 10 to 15 years of accounting and finance experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. Applicants should be confident managing senior stakeholders and business operations, and have experience leading a large team.
