Chief Physician Executive

The Company is seeking a Chief Physician Executive and President to lead the strategic, operational, financial, and cultural performance of its medical group. The successful candidate will be a transformational physician executive with a strong background in a large academic health system, integrated delivery network, or a similarly complex healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in guiding the medical group through a significant transition, from organizational consolidation to a fully integrated operating model, with a focus on aligning academic and community-based care delivery, fostering physician integration, and driving performance across all services. The Chief Physician Executive will be responsible for ensuring the continued evolution of the integrated medical group, with an emphasis on access, quality, clinical excellence, and long-term organizational success. Candidates for this position must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, be board-certified in an AMBS or AOA-recognized specialty, and hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. An advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, MPH, MMM, or equivalent is preferred.
