The President will also be expected to bring financial acumen to lead a tuition-dependent private institution, demonstrate a record of success in external resource development, and have an advanced degree with a proven track record in higher education leadership. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a strong background in higher education, with a focus on liberal arts, engineering, business, health sciences, and public service. They should be prepared to build upon the institution's current strengths, including its recent growth in student enrollment and the success of its scholarship campaign. The role requires a leader who is visible, accessible, warm, and unpretentious, and who can effectively manage the strategic plan of the College.
