Vice President, Security Greater Las Vegas, NV Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Security to lead its comprehensive security strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment across various facilities and events, while also supporting a welcoming guest experience. This role involves overseeing event-day security, facility security, emergency preparedness, threat assessment, access control, security technology, loss prevention, investigations, and crisis response. The Vice President, Security will also be a key liaison to local, state, and federal law enforcement and public safety agencies, and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with these partners. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive security leadership experience in professional sports, live entertainment, large-scale venues, or similarly complex environments. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in security planning and operations for major events, as well as experience in managing teams, vendors, and public safety partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in threat assessment, crowd management, and crisis response, and be adept at using security technology such as CCTV and access control systems. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with additional professional certifications. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
