Chief Operating Officer (COO), Implantable Medical Devices

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations and support the next phase of growth in a regulated medical-device environment. The role oversees product development and industrialization from concept through launch, ensuring manufacturing readiness, regulatory compliance, quality, and commercial viability. Responsibilities include leading the operational value chain across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, regulatory affairs, and quality, while strengthening supplier governance and operational performance. The COO will also build a scalable operating model, lead a multi-year transformation, partner with the CEO on strategy, and enable international expansion. Candidates should bring leadership experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent, along with a proven record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment. Experience in regulated medical devices is required, with implantable devices strongly preferred; substantial exposure to product development, industrialization, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and quality is also expected. Strong business and commercial understanding, product intuition, and familiarity with the US market are valued. The ideal candidate is hands-on, accountable, execution-focused, data-driven, and skilled at building teams, systems, and organizational capabilities.
