Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Success

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success to provide executive leadership for enrollment growth, student access, and student success. The role oversees enrollment operations and student support services across the student lifecycle, from recruitment through graduation, and leads data-informed strategies for recruitment, admissions, financial aid, onboarding, retention, persistence, and completion. Responsibilities include developing enrollment forecasts and performance metrics, using analytics to guide decisions, and aligning academic offerings with workforce trends and enrollment priorities. The Vice President also advances student engagement and wellness initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, manages relevant budgets, and advises executive leadership on enrollment and student experience. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in education, business, public administration or policy, or a related field, and have at least four years of higher education experience at the director level or above. They should bring executive leadership experience, a commitment to student success, and demonstrated ability to improve recruitment, enrollment, and marketing through data-driven strategies. Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, project management, staff supervision, and budget oversight skills are required, along with knowledge of higher education enrollment and student services. Experience leading enrollment services, using higher education ERP or CRM platforms, and managing retention and persistence initiatives is preferred.
