Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its multi-site hospitality group. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the group's strategy, driving expansion, and delivering outstanding commercial results. This role requires a CEO with a strong wet-led background, particularly in premium pubs, bars, or drinks-led hospitality groups, and a proven track record of driving wet sales, improving margins, and maximizing commercial performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in acquisitions, business valuations, deal-making, and exit strategies, and must be adept at managing the process of buying and selling businesses. As the CEO, you will work closely with the owners and senior leadership team to identify new opportunities, grow the business, and create long-term value. The role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of how to maximize sales, drive profitability, and grow a portfolio.
