Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its resident-led housing association. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of the organization, working closely with the Chair, Board, residents, and colleagues to develop and implement the next corporate strategy. This role demands an outstanding housing leader with a deep commitment to social purpose, who can balance organizational performance with the delivery of excellent outcomes for residents and communities. The CEO will be responsible for setting a clear vision, ensuring the association remains resilient and sustainable, and continuing to invest in homes, services, and communities. As the Chief Executive, you will be an all-round leader, combining strategic vision, commercial awareness, financial acumen, and operational excellence.
