Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to support its next phase of growth and strengthen its financial infrastructure. Working closely with senior leadership and shareholders, the CFO will lead strategic and commercial finance while overseeing management information, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, controls, and finance team development. The role includes preparing the business for potential investment and supporting an acquisition strategy through financial modelling, appraisal, due diligence, and post-deal integration. The CFO will also improve financial insight, systems, and reporting to enable continued growth. Candidates must be qualified accountants with significant senior finance leadership experience in a growing, entrepreneurial organization. Experience in professional services or another people-led business is relevant, with exposure to private equity, corporate transactions, or mergers and acquisitions an advantage. Strong commercial, analytical, and financial decision-making skills are required, along with the ability to improve reporting and forecasting while remaining hands-on. The successful candidate will be a credible partner to investors and advisers and able to develop both the finance function and the wider business.
