The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, with a focus on deep tech. As a CTO, you will be responsible for owning, building, and running your startup, with the ultimate goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. This role is not just about the technical aspects; it is a full-spectrum position that includes an extensive personal development journey, customized programs for goal, time, and energy management, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The ideal CTO for this role is an ambitious entrepreneur, a serial innovator, and is ready to take on the challenge of building a company with the potential for a €1B+ exit. You will work closely with unicorn founders, have access to a top-tier community of peers and investors, and receive support in team building, distribution, and funding. The CTO must be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and must have excellent communication skills in English.
