The Company is in search of an experienced risk manager to join its Business Risk Management (BRM) team. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment, with a focus on effective risk management that is essential to the organization. Key responsibilities for this role include identifying and assessing risks and controls across business and technology processes, evaluating control design and operating effectiveness, and supporting the governance and management of business risks. The role also involves advising on risk and control design, supporting key business risk programs, and coordinating for internal and external reviews. The ideal candidate will have a background in risk management, particularly from G-SIFI organizations or large public accounting firms, and possess strong technology risk and audit expertise. Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, and be proficient in risk management. Knowledge of industry risk and control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISO is essential. Experience with Microsoft tools, Archer platform, Open Pages, Tableau, and SharePoint is also required. The role demands a professional with the ability to manage complexity, a strong analytical and organizational skill set, and a demonstrated leadership capability. Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued, as is the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a non-routine environment. Preferred certifications include CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CISSP.
