Head of Operations & Maintenance

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations and Maintenance to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. Responsibilities include managing planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating contractors and technical teams, monitoring asset performance, and supporting fault resolution. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, preparing scopes of work and proposals, keeping operational documentation accurate, and identifying ways to improve asset efficiency. The successful candidate will help develop service agreements and support the growth of the operations function. Candidates should have experience with commercial and industrial rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage, and electric vehicle charging, along with a solid understanding of renewable energy operations and maintenance. Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and technical teams, as well as monitoring performance and managing faults, is required. Strong client communication, organization, project management, and commercial skills—including pricing, proposals, or contract management—are important. A technical or electrical background is beneficial but not essential.
