Head of Property Management, Leasehold

The Company is seeking a Head of Property Management to lead its residential block management function. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and developing property managers; overseeing a portfolio of residential developments; and improving operational systems, processes, and reporting. The role also involves supporting complex leasehold matters, maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders, monitoring service standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, safety requirements, and regulations. The successful candidate will work with senior leadership to strengthen service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement. Candidates should have strong knowledge of residential block management, leasehold legislation, and service charge processes, along with experience managing residential developments and supporting or developing colleagues. Practical understanding of building safety, compliance, and property maintenance is required, as are strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Experience improving processes and resolving operational challenges is important. A recognized property management qualification, or equivalent, is preferred.
