The Company is seeking a senior product management leader to drive global deposit, liquidity, and balance sheet optimization strategies. Responsibilities include leading analytical and technology initiatives, improving pricing governance and financial performance, and representing the business in treasury and risk governance forums. The role will oversee projects from data acquisition through delivery, strengthen data quality and performance metrics, and guide model enhancements and stress-testing analysis. It will also involve advising senior leaders, coordinating across global teams, and developing training for colleagues on liquidity models and optimization approaches. Candidates should bring significant progressive experience in treasury, liquidity risk management, balance sheet management, product management, or financial analytics within a large global financial institution. Deep expertise in regulatory liquidity measures and standards, regulatory reporting data, quantitative modeling, and complex financial datasets is required. Applicants should demonstrate strategic leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical analysis clearly to executive audiences. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, a quantitative discipline, computer science, or data analytics is required; a master’s degree, MBA, CFA, or FRM is preferred.
