Trustee & Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee (Board-level role)

The Company is in search of a Trustee and Chair for its Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee. The successful candidate will be a key figure in providing financial leadership and oversight, ensuring the organization maintains strong financial governance, effective risk management, and robust systems of assurance and accountability.
