The Company is seeking an AI Application Engineer to join their Core Engineering team. The successful candidate will be part of a centralized engineering structure that leverages cloud, AI, and machine learning for innovation and efficiency. This hands-on role involves rapid prototyping and application delivery of cloud-native AI solutions, with a focus on embedding with business teams to identify and address priority workflows. Key responsibilities include leading the design, build, and operationalization of AI applications, partnering with business and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, and ensuring the production integration of AI/ML capabilities. The role also requires knowledge transfer and enablement, as well as the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with at least 9 years of experience in software engineering. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go is essential, as is a proven track record in building and supporting production applications. Experience with major cloud platforms and designing cloud-based AI solution architectures is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in agentic AI systems, including task decomposition, multi-step workflow planning, and production AI system optimization. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery are also necessary.
