The Company is seeking a Vice President to manage complex finance transformation programs and strategic initiatives across systems, data capabilities, operating models, and business processes. The role leads delivery from planning and requirements through design, testing, implementation, and operational readiness, while coordinating cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing governance, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and executive communications, and ensuring alignment with change controls and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will also advance finance modernization, automation, data improvements, and process redesign. Candidates should have a proven record leading large-scale transformation programs in financial services, finance, technology, operations, or consulting, with extensive experience in finance, global markets, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data initiatives. Strong knowledge of finance systems, global markets technology, reporting frameworks, and front-to-back processes across trading, finance, and risk is required. The role calls for expertise in program governance, risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder influence, and clear communication, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with finance modernization, data governance, regulatory or control programs, and project management or change certifications is desirable.
