Vice President, Private Side Compliance Advisory

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Private Side Compliance Advisory to advise private-side business teams on compliance matters. Responsibilities include supporting local and global projects, driving the operational implementation of regulatory change initiatives, and drafting or updating policies and procedures. The role also involves delivering in-person training to front-office staff on regulatory and conduct matters. The successful candidate will participate in internal and external enquiries and investigations as needed. Previous experience in private-side compliance advisory is preferred. Candidates should be able to provide practical compliance guidance, contribute to regulatory change implementation, and communicate regulatory and conduct requirements effectively through training. The role also calls for the ability to support policy development and participate in enquiries and investigations.
