Vice President, Strategy

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to help shape its strategic direction and deliver key strategic projects. Responsibilities may include growth and market-entry strategies, product and regional planning, business performance reviews, operating-model analysis, business optimization, strategic investments, and inorganic growth opportunities. The role also involves market and competitor analysis, partnering with business divisions to implement strategy, and working with regional operations teams to turn strategic priorities into initiatives with clear accountability. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience, ideally as a project or engagement manager in a strategy consulting environment or as a strategy professional in financial services. Experience at a leading consulting firm is highly valued. Applicants should bring strong strategic analysis and project leadership skills, along with the ability to collaborate across business areas and translate strategic plans into practical initiatives.
