President

The Company is seeking a President for its Foundation, a role that demands an accomplished, strategic, and dynamic leader with a strong philanthropic background. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive philanthropy strategy that aligns with the company's strategic priorities and enhances its impact in the community. This includes serving as the chief fundraising executive, developing and leading a robust fundraising program, and fostering a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization. The President will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team, engaging with senior executives, and strengthening relationships with donors, community leaders, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the President include providing visionary leadership, resource development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, experience in healthcare philanthropy or a similar mission-driven environment, and a strong network of philanthropic and community relationships. They should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to the values of the company, including patient-centered care, respect, excellence, compassion, integrity, and stewardship. A minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in philanthropy, and a bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree.
