The Company is seeking a President to lead the commercial and cross-functional performance of an established jewelry business, maintaining key accounts while developing new channels and profitable growth. Responsibilities include directing sales and merchandising strategy, strengthening retail relationships, and expanding distribution opportunities. The President will guide product development, sourcing, manufacturing quality, and supply chain priorities across the leadership team. The role also oversees budgets and business performance, resolves cross-functional challenges, and develops teams. Candidates should bring extensive hands-on experience in costume and bridge jewelry across wholesale, retail, and manufacturing. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control is required, along with demonstrated P&L and budget management skills.
