Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal executive leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations, including planning, sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and financial performance. This role demands a strategic partner who can work closely with the CEO and executive team to translate business objectives into operational execution, while also building and leading the necessary systems, processes, and teams to support the company's growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale apparel, consumer products, distribution, or manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading high-performing organizations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants for the SVP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in relevant industries. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of supply chain management, financial acumen, and a history of successfully managing large-scale operational functions. Strong skills in process improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable business infrastructure are essential, as is experience with ERP, WMS, and other relevant platforms. The candidate should be adept at establishing KPIs, driving data-driven decision-making, and have a background in managing international suppliers and manufacturing partners.
