Head of CIO Office IM Greater Luxembourg Area

The Company is seeking a Head of CIO Office IM to lead and develop a team of portfolio managers and oversee investment portfolio management and monitoring. Responsibilities include managing team performance and development, distributing workloads, and overseeing recruitment and resource planning. The role also involves guiding investment strategies and asset allocation, reviewing portfolio performance, and providing reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients. The successful candidate will support asset growth through client pitches, represent the organization at industry events, monitor market and regulatory developments, and ensure compliance while collaborating across functions. Candidates should have proven leadership experience and extensive expertise in investment or portfolio management, including a track record of meeting investment objectives and managing risk. Experience delivering pitches to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and skill in communicating with diverse stakeholders are required. The role calls for accountability, adaptability, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. A master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required; CFA or CAIA certification is advantageous. Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are beneficial.
