Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy across multiple affiliated businesses and support long-term growth and profitability. Responsibilities include directing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls, as well as developing financial models and long-range plans to assess profitability, pricing, margins, investments, and risk. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership on financing, banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital management. The role also oversees accounting, job costing, audits, tax compliance, and financial performance reporting while developing the Finance team and improving processes, systems, and operational visibility. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an accounting emphasis, or a related field, along with a CPA or CMA certification. At least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience is required, including expertise in GAAP, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, internal controls, cost accounting, and financial modeling. Applicants should have a record of leading finance teams and partnering with executives to inform strategic decisions. Construction industry experience is preferred, with homebuilding or residential construction experience considered an advantage.
