Associate Vice President, Operations Vendor Oversight Greater Madrid, Spain Area

The Company is seeking an Operations Specialist for Operations Vendor Oversight at the AVP level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance and oversight of strategic service providers, ensuring compliance with internal policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and maintaining service catalogues, SLAs, and KPIs, as well as monitoring performance through risk-based controls. The candidate will also be the key interface between business owners and service providers, coordinating all aspects of the outsourcing relationship, and will be expected to contribute to automation, AI-enabled process improvement, and data-driven controls. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a solid background in wealth management, asset management, or retirement savings. Experience in service provider management, procurement, or finance is advantageous, as is a good knowledge of German outsourcing regulations. The role requires a proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of AI, automation, and data analytics, and experience with relevant technologies such as Python, Power Automate, SQL, or similar. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across a global organization are essential.
